Receive personalized care with Dr. Kayla Eckart. 

Comprehensive initial consultation and two follow-up visits for up to four immediate family members. Visits will be once a month over a 3-month period. These may be either telemedicine or in-person if in Jackson Wyoming area. 

The mother will also have weekly check-ins with Dr. Kayla to adjust recommendations and check progress. This model of frequent contact and support leads to massive transformation for the family as a whole!
